    The package came with only 3 cartridges instead of 4 without telling me the yellow one was out of stock at the selling outlet. It later came from a third party in separate shipment with the wrong product code CF502X yellow instead of the correct product code CF402X yellow. It caused me a lot of trouble to return and exchange at the warehouse during Convid-19 stay at home order. Please don't ship the merchandise incompletely, or at least write a remark on the shipping document to notify your customers. It was a bad experience to shop at your place.
